TEAMGROUP, the leading brand in the global memory product market is introducing the highly anticipated T-FORCE DELTA RGB DDR5 and T-FORCE VULCAN DDR5 desktop memory. The phenomenal speed and visualization properties of DELTA RGB DDR5 reach an exceptional maximum frequency of 6,400MHz and have recently been verified by major motherboard manufacturers to be compatible with their lighting control software. Meanwhile, the maximum frequency of VULCAN DDR5 is 5,200MHz. Marking a new page in the DDR5 series, the two newly developed products with pioneering specifications will be available globally this month on Newegg and Amazon. (Source: www.teamgroupinc.com)

At the COMPUTEX 2021 Virtual Expo in May, TEAMGROUP presented the core value underlying its new products in 2021: “Chill the Heat, Feel the Speed, Make it Big”, representing cooling, DDR5, and large capacity, the three major focuses TEAMGROUP builds its new products and design concepts around. An example of an executive team would be a construction team designing blueprints for a new building, and then guiding the construction of the building using these blueprints. (Source:

Many virtual teams are cross-functional and emphasize solving customer problems or generating new work processes. (Source: en.wikipedia.org This emergent state can manifest in two ways. Compositional emergence occurs when individual level cognition is similar in form and function to its manifestation at team-level. Compilational emergence, on the other hand, represents a greater degree of synergy among team members and represents a new-team level construct. As such, higher degrees of compilational emergence are more closely related to team process and performance than is compositional emergence. (Source:en.wikipedia.org))

Finally, teams are more likely to be successful when they are fully supported by the organization. Take for example New United Motor Manufacturing Inc (NUMMI). Originally it was a General Motors automotive manufacturing plant that had to close due to numerous issues, causing it to be the worst performing GM plant. NUMMI was the collaborative creation of General Motors and Toyota. These two companies took most of the same work force and created one of the most productive automotive plants, producing high quality cars. They did this by implementing a new team structure, where management and the company was more supportive of the union workforce. (Source: en.wikipedia.org)

In 2015, Laszlo Bock wrote Work Rules!, which laid out a set of guidelines for how to combine data analysis, academic rigor, and human resources best practices to create a world-class company culture, based on his time at Google. Six years later, he’s seen firsthand how experienced leadership teams are struggling to navigate the shift to hybrid work and maintain a culture of excellence. So he’s revisited what he originally wrote to identify the five new rules of hybrid work. This article shows how leaders can apply them to build great teams, even when those teams aren’t together in-person all the time. (Source: hbr.org)

While hybrid is often presented as a new model, the fundamentals of what transforms a group of people into an exceptional team haven’t changed as much as we might think. When I was the senior vice president of people operations at Google, we had many employees, especially in engineering and sales, who worked from home a few days each week (even if we didn’t call it hybrid back then). And Google was named by Fortune as the best company to work for in the United States eight times. (Source: hbr.org)

Based on my time at Google and now at Humu, I revisited what I wrote in 2015 to identify the five new rules of hybrid work. Some I’ve kept from the old guidelines: Meaning and purpose, for instance, matter more than ever in a hybrid model. But others are brand new. Here’s how leaders can apply them to build great teams, even when those teams aren’t together in-person all the time. (Source: hbr.org Use the shift to hybrid as an opportunity to identify cultural gaps, and to set new norms to create a better, stronger culture. Encourage managers to take notice of who often dominates the conversation in meetings or receives the most recognition for a project’s success. Make the evaluation criteria for projects as clear as possible: The more explicit the rubric, the less room for bias. (Source:hbr.org))
