Shibuya

I love Shabuya!! Reasonably priced for an AYCE hot pot experience. In fact it's the only AYCE hot pot spot that I've come across. I love that it's buffet style so you can grab your own ingredients. It's great when I'm on my keto diet as well because I can make my hot pot low carb. They have a great selection of meats, veggies, noodles, etc. The ingredients are always fresh, and the restaurant is kept very clean, down to the restrooms! I came here so many times during the pandemic......read full review

At Shabuya we pride our self as a “Traditional” Shabu-shabu establishment. We specialize in a much healthier style of Shabu-shabu dining, relying on the natural tastes of the meats and vegetables to accent each other in the pot. Slightly improving and tweaking the original sauces, we have developed into a Shabu-shabu restaurant which is not only authentic and nostalgic but also adventurous. (Source: shabuya.net)

SEA FOOD

Traditionally Shabu-shabu しゃぶしゃぶ is prepared with thinly sliced beef, though modern preparations sometimes use pork, seafood and sometimes chicken or Lamb. Most often, tender Ribeye steak is used, but less tender cuts, such as Top Sirloin are also common. It is usually served with vegetables, including Cabbage, Shiitake Mushrooms and Enokitake Mushrooms."One of the best AYCE shabu-shabu places! The service, food options, salad/seafood bar, and the atmosphere are a 10/10. Highly recommend RSVPing on the Yelp list during busy hours. We put in our reservation time almost an hour before getting seated on a Sunday night. I ordered the miso broth which was really rich and flavorful. There's a wide array of meat selections which are all great. I really like how thin the pieces are. The salad/seafood bar had a ton of options which is great for picky eaters. The spinach noodles are my favorite! You are also able to adjust the temperature of your pot with buttons found under the table. Our server was very attentive and checked on us multiple times. A must try if you love shabu!"

Food was fresh and delicious. I will say it was our first time at this type of shabu place and I wish some things were clearer, like whether to sit and order drinks first or get the table and immediately go to the buffet. But overall, we'll definitely be back! Great deal for that much fresh veggies, meat, seafood, and soup base! Parking is valet only and $2 cash only, just a heads up.
