Recommendation: I found it difficult and frustrating trying to order using the magazine sent to my home. I will often come across a pair of scrubs model is wearing, and there is no information on page suggesting the pant model is wearing. It would be best for this company to demonstrate the front, waist, side and back/top bottom of pant. I think this type of marketing helps the consumer make move forward and make the purchase.

ordered back in April a number of scrub pants. Estimated shipping was 2 weeks with the international provider GlobalShopex. It is now the end of May and I have been refunded by paypal as the items never delivered. Contacting both Scrubs and Beyond and GlobalShopex has been a nightmare. Easy to find items. Online purchase connections with stores. I was able to return my jacket in the store yesterday because of the size and color that didn't match with the pants (Revolution). Today I am buying online my jacket again with the right shade of blue(Revolution). Everything is easy; so I feel comfortable to buy online Scrubs&Beyond because I know I can return it if needed. Should I work at Scrubs and Beyond? NO. The culture is toxic af, has no work / life balance, and lacks vision. In short, Scrubs and Beyond is a disaster to work for. For example: The entire company is reactionary and not proactive. They are unable to look more than 2 weeks ahead to plan for upcoming direction. This is OK (and I use that loosely) if it were a small mom and pop, but not a national chain. You can’t learn of a new business direction and course correct a large company on literally a day’s notice. A company this size doesn’t work that way and it is foolhardy of the C levels to believe this can happen. It shows a serious lack of foresight and extreme shortsightedness. Not to mention the fact, upper management won’t listen to reason. Job requirements change daily with no hope of meeting or exceeding expectations, raises are withheld, and generalizations are used to explain why. The upper management won’t give clear directions. I think they are incapable of it. It is impossible to set career goals due to the inability of management to see more than 2 weeks ahead. The company is riddled with nepotism and ineptitude. There is a reason why Scrubs and Beyond teams are young with an average tenure of less than two years. Avoid at all costs. Pros: They paid me on time. Cons: Literally, everything else. (Source:

In September of 2000, Scrubs & Beyond opened its first store in Grapevine, TX. I have witnessed acts of discrimination towards employees, labor law violations and shady acts of business by upper an manager. I had multiple managers tell me they don’t take break to pee much less take a lunch while working open to close alone all day. This behavior is encouraged by management instead of staffing the stores properly. Another instance of shady business dealings is I told after one of the employee’s son was killed to keep her on the schedule so it would look like abandoned shifts and HR would have an easier time firing her. This is when I made the decision I needed to separate myself. They claim to be a small business with over 500 employees (spoiler: that amount does not qualify as a small business) and have been in business for over 20 years. Which is long enough to have better systems and protocols in place for cohesion amongst the organization. No one is on the same page about anything.
