Staying motivated can be a tough task. You’re likely harnessing all your willpower just to power through a long day at the office, much less a career. But when you work from home, your life can seem much harder when you have all the distractions of a typical nine-to-five life. But the time starts to fly when you embrace a mindful routine. You can still have a social life, eat well, and exercise.

You'll find lots of Southern touches on chef Thomas Collins’ fare, from Cajun boiled peanuts to fried chicken. We savored a meaty bunch of ribs with a very good barbecue sauce. Tacos and pizzas center the menu. For dessert, the rum raisin bread pudding bites were delightful, and the presentation, with the individual cubes of bread, made for easy sharing. This is a brews atmosphere, and plenty of local craft suds serve as great quaffs, but the wine list is pretty sophisticated, with unusual varietals and many offered by the glass.
