NYU Albert Gallatin is an undergraduate school that serves more than 800 students all over the world, but has a campus on a single enormous block on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

Students will access their financial aid awards via NYU Albert. This university-wide system is a portal to the student information system. For Graduate Stern students, this site will be used only for financial aid purposes. Through Albert, you will be able to accept, reduce or decline your federal loans and keep track of your application approval process. Albert will also display any other aid you may have been awarded.

Access will be granted to the Academic Memo Management (AMM) system which is used by school administrators to send memos within Albert via individual students Degree Progress Report (DPR) to the Academic Records area of the University Registrar's office. Memo options include Degree Progress Exceptions (DPE), Test Credit, Transfer Credit, and other exceptions for individual student records. This application is internal to PeopleSoft/Albert and replaces Internal Memo Management. (Source: www.nyu.edu)

Users in school department positions who can see all students in their department, but don't display to students and do not have advisees assigned to them. Access to see all information (including flags, kudos, notes, etc.) for all students within their school. Role displays in student folder and success network. Role will also receive emails for flags and kudos.
