The money is good, people are cool to work with. But working as a server in Vegas, you have to deal with those snobby type of people. Managers are kinda micromanaging but don’t actually help all the time. Often times seen in the office during busy dinner rushes. Don’t apply to get promoted as the chances of them actually promoting from within rather than hiring outside is low. Even little promotions like server to bartender, they’d rather hire outside.
