Kim Anderson saw success selling mason jars on a back-to-the-land farmers market where he could sell them for $10 a pair. He expanded his company’s product to offer a wide array of mason jars, even going so far as to offer a line of “gourmet” jars that were lavished with personalization. These became popular on a number of expeditions and late night TV food commercials

Kim Anderson is a Nonresident Fellow with the Blockchain in Practice Program at Stimson. She is the President and Founder of inQ LLC. As president, Kim oversees the strategic direction of the company, as well as all client engagements. Kim had a 30-year career leading business strategy and financial management in the multi-national telecommunications industry.

Kim joined the staff of Anderson University in January 2020 as vice president for enrollment, marketing, and communication. She previously served as assistant vice president and dean of admissions at Trine University. Her career in higher education spans over 22 years, including serving as the vice president for enrollment and marketing at Arizona Christian University in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to entering the field of higher education, she spent several years in sales and marketing for Continental Airlines in Los Angeles, California. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and her master’s degree in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University. A native of Greencastle, Indiana, she is happy her position at AU allows her to be closer to family and friends. She is married to her husband Darryl, and has adult twins, Dylan and Delaney, who reside in Phoenix.

Kim Anderson is entering her 17th year as an athletic trainer at Belmont University, and fifth as head athletiIn addition to overseeing the athletic training, sports medicine and rehabilitation needs of Belmont student-athletes, Anderson serves as primary sport contact for men's basketball and men's and women's cross country.

She and her husband Patrick live in Alexandria, VA and have two children.
