The Dubliner is a haven for all who escaped from the sunny south, thirsting for a pint of Guinness. From traditional to Irish pub in the past 30 years, this city has seen a bit of everything. With its unique character, the world-famous pub brings in plenty of folks from the city and from all over. Now, Irish pub culture is more advanced than ever and the drink that is synonymous with the pub is following suit.

"in 1972 Richard and Cathy Burke Took Over Feeley's Irish Pub and Inn in Atlantic City and the Irish Pub Was Born."

At that point, the shore locale was not a thriving resort destination as it had been in its glory days. The Burkes quickly turned the Irish Pub into a flourishing restaurant that continued to gain notoriety around the world as the place to see in Atlantic City. It was visited often by Yankee great Joe DiMaggio, as well as Budd Schulberg, author of "On the Waterfront," along with innumerable governors, senators, and sports stars. Richard and Cathy bought a millinery shop on the 1100 block of Walnut Street in Center City , Philadelphia , which opened in December of 1980. Jim Belushi, Anthony Quinn and Martha Raye, among others, have all been entertained at this location, which is across the street from the Forrest Theatre.

Went here twice on our most recent trip and it was excellent. We have been coming to this place for more than 10 years and we always recommend the Pub to friends and family when they tell us they're coming to Atlantic City. The food is always good and filling and the prices are hard to beat for the area. Will definitely continue coming here on our return trips. It's a AC vacation staple!

Irish Pub Restaurant Atlantic City Nj Reviews

: People come to this homey Irish pub for the shepherd’s pie and tall pints of Guinness, but there’s pasta next to potatoes, and chicken wings by spring rolls. Not to be missed are the St. James potatoes --- crispy steak fries coated with homemade gravy and topped with melted Farmhouse cheddar. Whatever you decide, expect it to be served with a generous hand and good price. End your meal with a slice of old-fashioned apple pie.
