Homeowner eRequest is an online application form for homeowners to start the locate request process. It will let you send Georgia 811 the information necessary for us to process your locate request. We will review your request, determine the Member facility owner/operators to be notified, and then get back to you with pertinent information about your request. Homeowners can access the eRequest form online. Gather all the information about your road trip and the low-tech email sent to you by the Georgia Department of Transportation.
