Frank Sivero (born Francesco Lo Giudice, January 6, 1952) is an Italian-American character actor, perhaps best known for playing the roles of Genco Abbandando in Francis Ford Coppola's The Godfather Part II, and Frankie Carbone (based on Angelo Sepe) in Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas.

A Sicilian born character actor residing in the United States, Sivero was born Francesco LoGiudice in Agrigento, Sicily. After achieving success in The Godfather Part II as Genco Abbandando, he appeared in numerous hits, including Goodfellas, The Wedding Singer and The Aviator. (Source: godfather.fandom.com)
