Actor David Dawson was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. His acting career began with roles in the series "Secret Diary of a Call Girl" (2007-2011), "Luther" (BBC, 2010-14) and "The Borgias" (Showtime, 2010-13). Dawson started in the industry by acting in films like "In Search of Beethoven" (2009). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Ripper Street" (BBC, 2012-16). He also landed roles in the miniseries "The Hollow Crown" (2012-) and "Dancing on the Edge" (2013). More recently, he tackled roles on "Banished" (BBC 2, 2014-15) and "Peaky Blinders" (Netflix, 2014-15). He also appeared in "In Search of Chopin" (2014).
