I would greatly appreciate assistance with my bill. I am a single grandmother, raising two grandsons and one granddaughter. I was on PIPP for years and was evicted and during all the hassle, failed to cancel PIPP. I am now in government housing (Blessed) and I have a large outstanding bill. Community Action said that I must pay close to 4K in order to get ban on PIPP. I could never come up with money like that. I am required to have the AEP bill in my name in subsidized housing. I am so scared that I will be cut off once the COVID-19 moratorium ends. I don’t know what to do. I am so scared that my grandbabies will suffer.
