Health

The Associate Degree Nursing curriculum provides knowledge, skills, and strategies to integrate safety and quality into nursing care, to practice in a dynamic environment, and to meet individual needs which impact health, quality of life, and achievement of potential.

Individuals who have held Military Health Care Training may be eligible to receive credit for previous education training. According to the ACC Catalog, “The College will conduct an evaluation of previous education and training for all Veterans and eligible persons, grant appropriate credit, shorten training period proportionally, and notify the Veterans Administration and student accordingly.” (Source: americancareercollege.edu)

Student

The LPN to ADN curriculum is designed for students who have already met the requirements to be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and wish to further their education to earn an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Students admitted to the LPN to ADN option must successfully complete the following courses with a “C” or higher prior to enrolling in the first nursing class
